Comprehensive On-Site Medical Case Management
Appropriate medical monitoring is done in person with client and medical care providers to offer guidance, and to work with the client and physician in facilitating a return-to-work and maximum medical improvement.
Telephonic Medical Case Management
Appropriate medical monitoring is done via telephone contact to offer guidance, and to work with client and physician in facilitating a return-to-work and maximum medical improvement.
On-Site Case Evaluations
Monthly file reviews regarding Worker's Compensation, short or long-term disability cases and auto cases are available to provide assistance in case direction. The signs related to possible long-term disability will be carefully monitored for appropriate intervention.
Coordinate Second Opinions
Our experienced medical case managers review medical information provided to summarize treatment process to date in order to provide clarification for referral.
Coordinate Chore/Attendant Services & Durable Medical Equipment
We are able to coordinate and/or review appropriate attendant care and chore services. Additionally we offer cost comparison options for these services versus residential care.
