• Provide nationwide assistance with onsite crisis response debriefings for EAP companies
• Locate available counselors via telephone interaction to conduct services

• Provide benefit information and authorization to cardholders and providers via telephone interaction

• Review insurance claims for appropriate processing and provide outpatient follow-up for cardholders that have utilized inpatient psychiatric/substance abuse benefits

• Provide linkage of clients and their families to the David Lawrence Center, or other community services as needed
• Organize/update treatment charts through computer documentation and data entry
• Develop and implement a plan of service and treatment for clients participating in the program
• Facilitate drug abuse education group therapy

• Participate in therapy, setup behavioral plans, mentor and conduct social skills training in a residential setting
